Information requested

The inquiry form asks for your name, work email, brokerage name, selected services and a description of your goals. The call form also offers optional phone and preferred call-time fields. Please do not include policyholder information, medical information or other sensitive personal data.

Purpose

Inquiry information is used to review your request, assess fit and contact you about the services you selected. Website content is managed separately from private inquiry records.

Form processing

Postmark sends your inquiry to our team and a confirmation email to the address you enter. The website keeps delivery identifiers and hashed submission information to limit abuse and avoid duplicate emails.

Before public launch

The final notice still needs the responsible legal business details, retention periods and applicable privacy rights. Any additional storage, analytics or advertising providers must also be disclosed before use.
