Frequently asked questions

A clearer picture.
Before you get started.

What to expect from the first conversation, how we work with your team and how we review progress.

Getting started

Who do you work with?

Agency Ascend focuses on insurance brokers across the United States. We start by learning about your business, the customers you want to reach and whether the work fits your team.

What happens after I request a call?

We review your details and email you to arrange a mutually available time. A date selected in the form is a preference, not a confirmed booking. The call is scheduled once we confirm it together.

Do we need every service?

No. We help you identify a focused starting point. That could be a website improvement, a campaign or one automation. The scope depends on your goals and team capacity.

What is a diagnostic?

A diagnostic is a focused review of your current marketing or follow-up process. We agree what to examine and use the findings to recommend priorities. Requesting a diagnostic starts a conversation; any project scope is agreed separately.

Can we start with a single project?

Yes. Start with a defined need, such as a service page, an outreach campaign or one workflow. We agree what success would look like, what your team needs to provide and how we will review the work before deciding on a next step.

Working together

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on the scope, access to systems and review steps. We agree a proposed schedule after discovery and identify the inputs and approvals needed from your team.

Who approves content and campaigns?

Your team reviews insurance-specific claims and advice before publication. We organize the writing, creative and campaign setup around the approval process we agree with you.

Can you work with our current CRM?

We review the systems, integration options and permissions you have before agreeing the work. We aim to improve routing, follow-up and reporting around the tools your team already uses. Compatibility must be checked for each workflow.

Do you handle insurance advice or replace our producers?

No. Your brokerage remains responsible for insurance advice, customer relationships and sales conversations. We support the marketing and operational steps around that work.

What should we prepare for the first conversation?

An overview of your goals, target customers, current channels and tools is enough to start. It helps to explain where inquiries go and who follows up. Do not send policyholder, medical or other sensitive personal information through the website form.

Results and examples

What does progress look like?

We agree measures that fit the work and your available data. These might include relevant replies, inquiry quality, useful website visits or completed workflow steps. Where sales data is available, we can review later stages such as submission, quote and bound policy.

Can you guarantee leads, rankings or sales?

No. Campaign response, search visibility and sales depend on factors outside our control. We agree what to test, review the evidence and improve the parts of the process within scope.

Are the examples on this website client results?

The examples are illustrative concepts showing how the work could be structured. They are not claims about completed client engagements or verified performance.

Is retention and cross-sell included?

It can be a separate extension when your goals, client data and permissions support it. It is not automatically included in every engagement.
